Part-time - Assisting the driver with deliveries;
- May be required to take and assemble products for customers;
- Assisting the driver on up to 30 deliveries per day;
- Loading and unloading vehicles;
- Delivering a high level of service and customer service at all times;
- Picking stock and loading it onto you assigned vehicle prior to the start of your day;
- Provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring that our customers furniture installation is enjoyable;
- Work with the delivery and warehouse teams to load and unload furniture onto our modern fleet of vehicles;
- Making sure deliveries are easy and accessible;
- Co-ordinate deliveries to a schedule;
- Some heavy lifting will be involved;
- Carefully install furniture into homes, preserving the quality of our products and surrounding decor;
- Assisting the driver with route guidance;
- Complete multi-drop of white goods deliveries up to average of 17 drops a day within your designated geographical area;
- Adhering to health and safety / manual handling regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel to the south ham area of Basingstoke independently for a 3AM start;
- Ability to lift weights of up to 20KG;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Good organisational skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Must be able to lift up to 30kgs;
- Ability to commit to working five out of seven days including weekends.
